- Regular monthly billing (£38.50) starts one month from your first class date and will continue automatically until you cancel.
1. How does the money-back guarantee work?
After attending your first session, if you decide not to continue for any reason, we offer a full money-back guarantee. You must contact us within 24 hours of your first session to cancel and return the unopened football kit to:
Little Kickers, 10 Mulberry Walk, Bristol BS9 2PL.
2. Do I still have to pay for classes if Little Kickers are closed?
Your monthly subscription of £38.50 covers the full year, including planned closures such as Easter weekend, summer, and Christmas. These closures are factored into your monthly fee, ensuring consistent payments year-round. For any unplanned closures, adjustments will be made in the subsequent month. (Please note: refunds are not provided for missed classes due to non-attendance). As the weekday classes run term time only, your payments will be reduced the following month for the 9 non-attendance weeks throughout the year, only the 3 standard closure weeks will not result in an adjustment to your payment.
3. How do I cancel my subscription?
If you wish to cancel, Little Kickers requires one billing month’s notice. Cancellations must be made via email to ensure there is a clear paper trail for both your protection and ours. Once we receive your email, you will get a confirmation reply to confirm your end date.
4. Are there any other payment methods available?
No, we accept payments exclusively via recurring Debit or Credit card transactions.
5. When will my child receive their football kit?
For new customers who have paid the one-off joining fee, our distribution centre will send the kit via Evri tracked courier once your membership fee has been received. Please note: returning children are not charged a joining fee and will not receive a kit.
6. Who can I contact for questions or payment queries?

7. How much does each class cost and when will I be charged?
Each class works out at £9.43 (£38.50 x 12 months ÷ 49 weeks). You will be charged monthly, one month from the anniversary of your first class. For example, if your first session is on the 8th of January, your billing date will always be on the 8th of each month.
8. What is the minimum sign-up duration?
The minimum sign-up duration is 2 months. You will need to contact Little Kickers to cancel before your next payment is taken, ensuring one month's notice.
9. Do Little Kickers classes run all year-round?
Weekend classes operate all year-round, except for planned closures on selected calendar dates (Easter, Christmas, etc.). Weekday sessions operate term-time only.
10. What footwear is suitable for Little Kickers classes?
Trainers or comfortable shoes are ideal for both indoor and outdoor sessions. There is no need to buy specialised football boots or shoes for Little Kickers classes.
11. How do we move to older Little Kickers age groups?
Speak to our coaches to assess whether your child is ready to move up. If so, drop us an email, and we will process the move (subject to availability). If the older age group is full, your child will be added to the top of the waiting list, and we will confirm the move-up as soon as a spot becomes available.
12. When is my billing date, and can it be altered?
Your billing date is fixed and occurs one month from the anniversary of your first class. For example, if your first session is on the 8th of the month, your billing date will always fall on the 8th of each month. Unfortunately, billing dates cannot be changed.
13. What happens if my child misses a class?
Missed classes are non-refundable as overheads remain the same regardless of attendance. Your child can only attend the session they are registered for.
14. Why is the monthly fee consistent?
The monthly fee of £38.50 remains the same, even during months with 4 or 5 sessions. Over the course of the year, the fees are balanced to ensure fairness, providing consistent payments for high-quality coaching regardless of variations in session numbers.
