Little Kickers Frequently Asked Questions
After your child's first session, contact us within 24 hours if you decide not to continue. We will arrange cancellation and a refund, subject to the Little Kickers kit being returned.
Little Kickers membership is £40 per month, paid by recurring debit or credit card. New customers also pay a one-off joining fee of £24, which includes a Little Kickers football kit. Returning children are not charged a joining fee and will not receive a new kit.
We do not offer free trials or taster sessions for weekend classes. If you decide not to continue after your child's first session, contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange cancellation and a refund, subject to the Little Kickers kit being returned.
Please cancel by email so both you and Little Kickers have a clear written record. We will reply to confirm your final date. Membership has a minimum initial commitment of two months and, after this, one billing month's notice is required. rbrightwell@littlekickers.co.uk
Your monthly subscription covers the full year, including planned closures such as Easter, summer and Christmas. These closures are already included in the monthly fee.
Weekday classes run during term time, so payments are adjusted for the additional non-attendance weeks during the year. Any adjustment for an unplanned closure will be made in the following month.
Classes missed through non-attendance are non-refundable because your child's place remains reserved in their registered session. Your child may only attend the class they are registered for.
The cost of membership is spread evenly across the year, so your monthly payment remains £40 whether there are four or five sessions in a particular month.
Payments are made by recurring debit or credit card. We do not currently offer alternative payment methods.
